Founded in 2002, Leostream Corporation is based in Waltham, Massachusetts. Leostream has hundreds of customers globally and an established reseller channel. The company is privately held with institutional investment from Meakem Becker Venture Capital.

Prior to joining Leostream, Mike was CFO of Sitara Networks, a QoS product company. He played an active role in raising four rounds of funding and oversaw key aspects of operations, such as the management of outsourced product manufacture. Prior to Sitara, Mike was the CEO of Homeview. Mike also served as CFO of Indus River Networks, which was sold to Cabletron in 2000. He is a graduate of Brown University.
Karen joined Leostream from The MathWorks, Inc., a technical software company where she was a developer for the Control System Toolbox before specializing in usability. Her technical background includes roles as a software developer, GUI designer, technical writer, and usability specialist. Karen holds bachelor and master of science degrees in aeronautical/astronautical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Bob joined Leostream from Oco Incorporated, an on-demand business intelligence software company, where he was Vice President of Sales. Prior to Oco, Bob spent 15 highly successful years in the financial services industry, serving in senior sales positions for E.F. Hutton, Legg Mason, Lehman Brothers, and Dean Witter. Bob is a graduate of Bowdoin College.
Bill joined Leostream from OpenAir, where he was responsible for the development of its flagship Professional Services Automation product. Prior to OpenAir, Bill led the system engineering group at CS Information Technologies (Career Search). Bill has a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Skidmore College and a master of science degree in computer science from Bentley College (now Bentley University).
Boris is a seasoned software engineer and manager with extensive experience working at start-up companies, including Imprivata, Metratech, and OpenAir. Prior to joining Leostream, Boris led engineering teams at OpenAir and Sitara Networks, and was a founding engineer at IntelliLink, where he helped develop an industry-standard data synchronization platform. Boris' experience includes working on the development teams at Groove Networks, FTP Software, and BBN. He is an Imprivata Certified Engineer and holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
