Mike Palin : CEO
Mike was CFO of Sitara, a QoS product company, which he joined prior to the
first round of funding. He played an active role in raising four rounds of
funding, as well as managing many of the operational aspects of the company
such as managing the outsourcing of the product manufacture. Prior to Sitara
Mike was the CEO of Homeview. Mike served as CFO of Indus River Networks,
which was sold to Cabletron in 2000. He is a graduate of Brown University.
David Crosbie : CTO
Leostream is David's third venture. He has previously created and grown to
first revenue two other successful startups Adero and Bluesocket. Adero was
sold to COLT in 2001, and was a major player in the Content Distribution
Network space. Bluesocket is the market leader in the Wireless LAN management
space. Prior to Adero he was the first employee at Sitara, a QoS product
company. David is an Engineering Graduate of Oxford University, England and
has an MBA from INSEAD, France.
Bill Brinkley : VP Engineering
Bill joined Leostream from OpenAir where he was responsible for development
on their flagship Professional Services Automation product. Prior to OpenAir
he led the system engineering group at CS Information Technologies (Career
Search). Bill is a business graduate of Skidmore College, New York and a
computer science graduate of Bentley College, Massachusetts.
Jack Hembrough : EVP Sales and Marketing
Jack joined Leostream after leading Application Security, Inc., a New York-based,
venture-financed, software security company. From its inception, he served as President and CEO,
and later as Chairman of the Board, growing the company to over $20M in annual sales.
Prior to AppSecInc, Jack ran sales at Authentica, an application encryption software venture,
and SafeNet, Inc., a publicly traded encryption technology company. Jack has held senior sales
and management positions at Raptor Systems and Motorola / Codex, and served in the USAF.
He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and earned an MBA with Distinction
from the Harvard Business School.
Bob Ewanouski : Director of Sales
Prior to joining the Leostream team, Bob was VP Sales at Oco Inc., an on-demand
business intelligence software company. In addition to his business enterprise
sales experiences, Bob developed his sales skills at four of Wall Streetís most
respected firms, EF Hutton, Legg Mason, Lehman Bros. and Dean Witter. He earned
his undergraduate degree at Bowdoin College. |
